The life insurance policy appraisal process is easy to get started. Download the forms by clicking the button below. The application and disclosure forms should be filled out completely and all other required information must be included or the process will be delayed. The completed forms and other information can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed back to American Life Settlement Capital, LLC.

That’s all it takes. Remember, the appraisal process is provided at no cost to the applicant. The broker and provider pay the transaction fees. There are no medical exams. There is no obligation to accept any offers.
